After you have submitted your returns request, we need to assess the issue and balance the options that we can offer you to resolve it. Sometimes we require more details or request photos of product faults/damages. This is why we ask you to provide all the information plus photos in your request.
Once the return has been approved by our team, we advise our courier to collect the item from you. They usually need 5-6 business days to reach out to arrange delivery, dependant on their workload.
