We can usually only transfer refunds back to the original payment method that was used to pay for the order.
If your account or credit card is closed or expired, your financial institution will transfer the amount to your current account.
In case you are not with the same bank anymore at all, please inform our Customer Experience Team before the refund is processed. In this case, you will need to provide bank details for the transfer. We cannot process the refund to another credit card.
