If you have purchased chairs, and are unable to locate the legs, we first ask you to check under the item. A number of our furniture pieces are delivered with their legs inside, underneath the item. There should be a zipper or velcro opening on the bottom side of your chair. Simply unzip the zipper or separate the velcro, the legs should be enclosed.
The reason why we place the legs underneath the chair is to make sure they aren't damaged in transit. If the legs (and the hardware required to fit them) are definitely not included, please raise a parts request with this form here.
