You can cancel your order at any time before the item has been packed or dispatched by our distribution team. If the order has been (partially) dispatched and you still wish to cancel the order, we will arrange for the item to be returned to our distribution centre and provide you with a refund less the initial shipping fee.
Made-to-order products (purchased before 03/03/2020) can be cancelled for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. In case of a change or cancellation after this period, a 50% cancellation fee of the product price (as shown on your invoice) applies.
