Once you've placed an order, we're not usually able to make any changes.
Please submit an enquiry to our customer service team if you'd like to ask us about order amendments or if you wish to place an order on hold.
We can hold your order for a maximum of 2 months from the day the last item of your order arrives at our Distribution Centre. If you are not ready to receive your order after the 2 months, there will be a storage fee of $50 per item per week. One of our customer service representatives will be in touch with you to discuss the delivery.
